Learn about serotonin (the feel good neurotransmitter), dopamine (responsible for concentration and motivation), endorphins (pleasure, enjoyment), and GABA (relaxation, mental focus) and how when these neurotransmitters are depleted, we feel anxious, depressed and unmotivated. Learn how to build the strength of the body through nutritional approaches and amino acids. Nutritional deficiencies are discussed while we learn how to repair and rebuild the brain biochemistry through boosting neurotransmitter levels. The focus is on nourishment of the body and mind.
