Forgot to add that I did the above recipe for one large fillet (plenty for 2 of us), but if you add more fillets, you should increase all the liquids. I don't measure much of anything, so just add to your taste.

That sounds delicious, Nan! I think Ingles is the best grocery store in Griffin, beating Kroger and definitely Piggly Wiggly in most categories.

I've been so impressed with the meat counter at Ingles - they have Beef Tenderloins for 9.99/lb sometimes, have some awesome (as fresh as you can get in Griffin) seafood too.

Tasty Skillet Sea Bass

This was SO good I just had to share:

Skillet Sea Bass (Griffin Ingles has very good Sea Bass):
*2 TBSP olive oil and a dab of butter in a non-stick skillet
*sprinkle Sea Bass (both sides) with salt, pepper, garlic powder, a little lemon pepper and dredge very lightly in flour.
*pan fry about 4-5 minutes per side until lightly browned and crisp. Remove to a cake rack (to stay crisp).
